Merlino AI is an AI-native agency. That means we do not hand work off to offshore contractors or re-package AI tools as services. We build the systems, run the systems, and own the results. Every client engagement is documented internally — wins and losses alike.

Most of what I publish here comes directly from active builds: GHL pipeline architecture, AI agent fleet deployments, local SEO campaigns with real budgets and real timelines. If a campaign missed, I write about why. If it hit, I publish the playbook.

The agent fleet at Merlino AI currently covers sales outreach, content production, front-end development, SEO research, and ops coordination. I document how that fleet is structured and managed so other founders can see what AI-native actually looks like at the operational level — not just the pitch deck version.
